    i take mine and i take it at night. good competitive lady friend of mine tells me that i should take much much more but unfortunately it makes me pee out my butt if i take to much and it doesnt matter what type. even chelated will rock my guts if i use to much haha. it is a vital nutrient in the game we play though

      Good post. I use it regularly. 400mg ed.

      guns. mag citrate IS an OTC laxative.

      I have learned the hard way, always take with food. Else you have to stay near the john.

      A few years ago I was getting ready for a 10K during the summer. I was getting cramps and just not making progress with my time as the race got closer. A buddy suggested mag as a supplement. Within 4 days of taking it I dropped 3 minutes......THREE FRICKEN MINUTES! off my time and felt really good.

      If you are deficient it can make a HUGE diff in quality of life.
