i honestly dont think it matters if it is refined or not. it still causes issues and inflammation like a champ. i know the fibers and other good stuff that come with what you eat with the natural stuff but it still has the same impact for the most part. i also agree that it is damn tasty as wellOriginally posted by jipped genes View PostTGBSupplements REP
