    Salt has gotten a bad rap over the years for several health concerns including weak bones. However, new research shows it is sugar, not salt, that is stripping minerals out of bones.

    Yeah, refined sugar is the devil. Oh it is a tasty devil but bad none the less.

      i honestly dont think it matters if it is refined or not. it still causes issues and inflammation like a champ. i know the fibers and other good stuff that come with what you eat with the natural stuff but it still has the same impact for the most part. i also agree that it is damn tasty as well
