          that's a funny one baby1. i am blown away by people that have issues going at all. i personally crap like a goose and daily haha. i dont even need fiber but i hear people say the go days or even up to a week or more without going at all. yep up to a week or more. i try to tell them that 1- your diet is all jacked up 2- you def arent even close to getting enough food in 3- you need to go see the doctor and tell them the truth. not going daily and regularly is a symptom of some pretty serious diseases that can and most likely are going to kill you if not found early enough. people are both dumb and crazy
