They burn my eyes a bit when I'm cooking with them, but not too bad unless I'm chopping up a lot. I love the way they smell when cooking. My grandmother used to always chop onions in the kitchen when she was cooking dinner when I was a kid. The smell of them cooking reminds me of back then.Train Till Your Eyes Bleed!
