    i read about this in another publication. fascinating. people of Indian decent who have traditionally eaten vegetarian diets have the ability to utilize ALA and have their body turn it into DHA at a high % where as people of European decent have only about a 10% conversion rate which is why veggie diet is not all that healthy for many folk no matter how much they say it is

      i know and am friends with a few vegans myself and not a single one of them is or appears healthy at all. so you are right on that point. for the life of me i cant figure out how you can be a vegan and be obese either
