  • Coconut palm sugar: Can people with diabetes eat it?

Coconut palm sugar has a rich caramel colour, tastes like brown sugar, and has less fructose than other sweeteners. Is it safe for people wth diabetes?

i love this idea and i hear stupid people say it all the time. it's natural sugar. well smart one it is still going to illicit the exact same response from your pancreas regardless of if it's natural or not. you are just getting rid of a very small amount of the inflammation factors from it being refined.

great minds somewhat think a like jipped haha

well between us we might have 1 fully functioning mind HAHA. but yeah, my sis feeds my nephew fruit rollups and fruit juice "oh it is natural sugar"

no it is un natural as once you take the sugar OUT of the fruit with it's skin, and meat with it's fiber and bulk it acts just like cane sugar or high fructose corn syrup.

an apple is healthy, apple juice is a soda without fizz.
