yes sir, many folk do not take proper care of their vascular system. especially the bros and sis's who partake in the use of gear. tends to cause a lot of inflamation of the arteries. high LDL cholesterol and such.
I take fish oil AND krill oil 3X ed. Will start taking co Q10 as is is very good. ubiquinol is the more bio-available form of co Q10 and worth a look.
