    i would say that moderation is key. the thing with someone with a disease is that they are already compromised so to speak. so to add more chemicals and stuff to the mix probably doesnt help a whole lot on the one hand. then on the other a sugar alternative would be good every now and then to keep from messing with their blood sugar. that's what i think at least
