The sugar content in a lot of those drinks is outrageous. Just thinking about all the people that have several of those drinks everyday makes me cringe. I see so many people at work with a Venti something in the morning, a Monster Energy after lunch, another Venti something after that and sometimes more. Their daily sugar intake has to be insane.Train Till Your Eyes Bleed!
