    In the last 20 years, while calorie intake has not changed much, obesity among Americans has continued to rise, in line with a decline in exercise, especially among young women.

    It's sad to say bit people are just lazy anymore and the kids stay inside on laptops or xbox when I was a kid mom had to drag me inside

      I am guilty of being the guy on the computer, gaming and eating McDonalds and Pizza pretty much every day. Not having any active lifestyle whatsoever except leaving the house to play Poker.

      God I am glad I got away from that lifestyle.
