the wife and i have been going thru a gallon of arizona diet green tea every 3-4 days...$2.50 at walmart and 2/$5 at walgreens currently

not married for real...just facebook married lol...we changed her last name to mine and changed status to married on facebook for april fools and it kinda stuck so we left it as is...

brother, that stuff has almost no EGCG. you would have to drink about 25 16oz servings to get the 200mg necessary for effect. I used to drink it all the time for the benefits and I was told this. I did research and dammit they were right.

I know it is a pain in the ass but brew your own and sweeten with what ever artificial sweetener you prefer if you don't want the calories

i do brew it and drink it every day.

My thoughts exactly. many people think they are doing themselves good by drinking Green Tea but every Green Tea drink is not beneficial. There are certain things to look for when consuming Green Tea or one is just wasti ng their money and thinking they are reaping the benefits of it
