    Thats interesting. Hopefully there are a lot more studies than bang and dyerbergs 1970s study. Seems to be a lot of research about omega 3s helping with inflammation, arterial and brain. Who knows what to believe anymore.

      It's on eskimo's but they don't have access to other healthy foods, like fresh vegtables and fruits. So that probably has a big part to do with it. Just gotta be healthy as we can be, I eat so much seafood if it kills you I'm gonna croak or grow fins.
