    What is moderate drinking?

    Moderate drinking is defined as up to four alcoholic drinks for men and three for women in any single day, according to The National Institute on Alcohol Abuse & Alcoholism (NIAA), USA, and a maximum of 14 drinks for men and 7 drinks for women per week...

      I'm a lightweight. 2 drinks and I'm done. I might have a few drinks once a month & usually it's at a dinner party...

            I like a little wine couple times a week. Just a small glass. Occasionally I have a beer, just one. Especially with football season.

                    for me personally, I quite drinking many years ago and have not gone back since. For me, I find I don't like what it does to my head space.
