Red meat is often found to be linked to lots of problems. Makes you wonder if its worth it. Seems like the negatives outweigh the positives, especially now with all the drugs and chemicals in it

oh man i guess i am super screwed cause i eat between 4-6lbs every single day for the most part of my off season. nothing puts on muscle like red meat i can put money on that one. is it worth the risk? cant really say yay or nay personally because it seems every single year you see different conflicting studies. my best advice would be if you want to eat red meat like i do then keep the fiber high and an eye on you cholesterol. that's about the best that i can do
