here is the thing moderation is the key. fast food has been around longer than i have and people ate it when i was growing up. what's the difference? activity level and moderation. when i was a kid it was a treat and most people didnt have the money to have it every single day. my opinion is, if you are going to chow down on big macs and whoppers then you have to get off your fat lazy butt and be active. you cant enjoy one and not do the other or you end up like the majority of our society. it's not the foods fault stupid sheep, it's you being lazy and having no self control
