Re: Does sunlight change our gut microbiome?

Great article. I read that only 23% of people in the USA are in the preferred range of D3 in blood tests. It is one of the most overlooked supps unless you are in the sun 3-4 times a week for extended times. I take 5000 iu daily. I can say i feel better than if I run out and am lazy for a month or two before I get more.

If you do not take it, buy some. it is cheap.

Same here. D3 is one of the staples in my supplement regimen.
