    I do not fear fat, what people need to cut out is sugars especially refined sugar. Even saturated fats by themselves are not bad for you but in the presence of sugar they cause heart disease.

      I never diet anymore. For any reason. Yo-yo dieting is what contributed to my heart attacking 2 years ago. Everything in moderation every day. If you are like that and on point with your training, unless you’re competing in a show, there’s no need to diet

        that's exactly what i think also jipp. i also thought we had gotten away from low fat and the practice of it in science and eating

          But so many folk still espouse low fat eating as that is what we were told for so long. How has that worked for us as a society. Over half of our population are fatasses! It ain;t the fat, its the god damned sugar! All the low fat stuff have high sugar contents. Look at low fat dressing....high amounts of sugar and tons of chemicals to make it feel like fat in your mouth. These folk grab a box of low fat cookies because they are "healthy" and eat away as they put on the lbs.
