    avocados. They have 3 times the potassium as bananas. Forget fruit juices, they are just sodas without bubbles....well maybe better than that but still not healthy.

      Such an important mineral. To low or high messin with that heart rythm. One time mine dropped critically low, very dangerous but that fast you can add high doses and recover

        red potatoes spinach shakes avocados are all staples in my diet every day. i may have to look at apricots and maybe some raisins as well.
