no chrons here but i will be damned if most veges dont irritate the hell out of my guts. i have similar symptoms to chrons/colitis and about the only thing that helps with mine vege wise is fermented stuff. no matter what i eat for the most part wrecks me, so i just deal with itTGBSupplements REP
