when i did service work many a night i stayed up.. ok when your in your 20s or 30s.. its a big hell no now in my 40s.. ruins your day, your sleep pattern and you bathroom patterns instantly and you get to feel hung over the rest of the time.. best be one hell of a reason today to keep my happy ass up past my bed time. ha!

Gaba and L-theanine help me a lot. I also do CBD and melatonin. Gaba also allegedly in a couple articles I have read stimulates a much larger than normal GH secretion. Gaba is in many of the OTC secretagouges.
L-theanine is great because it does help calm you down but also if you have consumed caffeine it will reduce the stimulant effect and allow you to sleep. My wife made us coffee one eve in the winter. It was supposed to be decaf. It was not. I used L-Theanine to sleep and I was able to get a pretty good night's rest. If I did not i would be up all night.
