very very good info. i normally wont eat them a week past their exp date but now that i have been using them straight off the farm it is a little more difficult to guess haha. the yolks on these eggs are such a bright vivid orange and they taste so much better than the free range organic from the store. best part is i am getting them for free haha

i can get up to 60+ a week if i want. the only thing he asks is if i will keep the cartoons and return them to him to use again. cant beat that for free of charge

I have been grinding up the eggshells and adding them to my coffee filter. I was amzed at all the things you can do with eggshells! My coffee tastes even better then befrore! That so great that you have a farm near you to get them and they are cheaper than the store

You can put eggs in water to see if they are still good..if they float its a no-go..i think from increased gases from spoiling..
I am pretty sure on this one but dont quote me..or eat a sinking bad egg!
