    Vitamin K has two main forms, K-1 and K-2. Vitamin K-2 is naturally present in fatty meats, dairy products, and fermented foods.       I heard natto is a great source of one or the other. I just cannot eat something that smells like vomit.

        I should probably get some vitamin K. Cant eat fermented foods and I do need the vitamins

          life extension makes great supps. i like the d and k one because you need the vit d for the k to be effective from what i have read. at least that's what i do
