      No doubt about it. The scientific proof is hard to argue with. Plant based diet can damn near eliminate heart disease but it aint so easy to do when there so many good hamburger and pizza places to eat

          The more I read about dairy and thats its directly a cause of breast cancer and prostate cancer I am thinking it is best to get that shit out. I used to live on milk and drink it with meals. A big T bone steak, a glass of milk and a bottle of high fructose corn syrup ketchup lol

                i was doing a spinach and oj one a couple times a day that is supposed to be excellent for your heart and pumps.
