interesting, so there are BCAAs in whey but the comparison says that people who took straight BCAAs at 14 grams over 28 grams of whey lost more fat and gained more lean mass.

Also did not know about the cancer thing.....

I think they are both pretty great. If I notice a difference when I stop taking a supplement like bcaa/eaa to me that means it was working.

Thanks guys. great info here. I bet if you take whey and BCAAs you will have the EAAs and build protein?

If you are building protein why not just take whey in the first place?

ok man, now i am not the smartest man on the planet but i will try to explain how i understand it. so with whey or any other protein source that you take in, it has to trickle into you system somewhat slowly. with the right breakdown of eaa it hits into your system faster and more effectively. not marketing bs or hype but it is pure and going straight to work. i only use eaas during training to offset a little of the time to start recovering. does it work? idk but i went from training 4-5 days a week to 6-7 and i recover just as easy as 4-5 including busting my balls with cardio. then again for me, i am trying to prevent as much muscle breakdown as possible for bodybuilding. so for someone just trying to stay in shape, i would say that you would only need minimal but then again for us older guys a little more is needed.
i love this stuff and finding just little things to improve recovery are a must since i have been doing it so long and i am now in the older category. so i am always on the lookout for good stuff to help
