Re: Reducing diabetes risk with a personalized diet

Crazy that a study was needed to find this out. Just stop eating high GI carbs and cut out sugars. There I solved this problem.

When we were kids Fuzo, NO ONE had type 2 diabetes. People ate 3 fair sized meals a day and were active.

in the 50s it was not even a thing really. It was not until the late 70s early 80s people started getting fatter but then it exploded in the 90s and has increased by well over 3X since then. The crazy thing is it is 99.99999% treatable with proper diet and exercise. But out entitled lazy ass society would rather take some metformin and eat their cheezy poofs while chugging a pepsi as they watch some stupid real housewives dancing with the C list celebrity bullshit.

my old man was having serious issues and damn close to being diabetic. doc keto his ass up and within 45 days his glucose and all his markers were pretty much perfect. pretty simple that if you hammer the shit out of your pancreas day in and day out, it is going to cause issues
