just having some self discipline would be a start. me personally if i know i am not supposed to have it, then i want it and when i know i can have it, i dont want it. i just dont have it for any reason when i know i am not supposed to. the smell of it has nothing to do with it for me. i cruise through the bakeries and stuff when i am dieting just to take a look and sniff it up. always got to be on the lookout for things that may be new i dont know aboutTGBSupplements REP
