    Good read. I sprout broccoli for the sulforaphane in it. Consuming adult broccoli one would have to eat pounds of it to get the sulforaphane in a couple of cups of sprouts.

    Also I had no idea walnuts were so good! Also seem to have a compound that binds to the estrogen receptor in breast tissue. Wonder if it is even measurable to prevent gyno?

      do you remember a little while back where the fda was considering making walnuts a drug? they are stupid but everything i have seen and read on them is positive. i grew up with walnut tress in the yard and used to eat the hell out of them growing up. grand parents did a lot of baking and cooking with them as well. probably why they lived so damn long.

      need to look into your approach to broc. does it mess with your guts that way like it does with mature broc?
