        always studies that go one way or the other on this stuff. i am not cutting out my red meat and i use grass fed, free range local beef. so i am not concerned at all. i have also seen other docs talk about grass fed animals and the health benefits they provide being nil as far as the omega cla and other stuff they provide. it is in such a small amount, it is pretty much pointless. they do say to ditch the fat and only choose lean cuts and drain your ground beef, to help out more though

          Probably true. But I bet they would say eating red meat is way better than eating processed crap food high in sugars and nitrates
