    I have used them off and on for a long time with no probs. I think like all supps they should be used as described on the package and you will not have problems for the most part.

      i just watched a video from doc serrano the other day talking about this stuff and how it gets messed up. if you dont need probiotics and you take them, it can mess you up. same if you have chrones or cholitus. he talked about a variety of issues and solutions he uses when treating patients
