      Fructose if you eat the whole fruit is negligible and actually OK when consumed in moderation as the fructose is bound up in the fruits fiber and flesh. But take out the fructose and concentrate it in juice and it is almost as bad as a soda.

      People think that because fruit is healthy fruit juice must also be healthy. NOPE! I do not drink it at all.

        i still say all sugar is bad regardless of where it comes from. it all causes inflammation

          There is too much money to be made by farming corn for this purpose. Who cares if high fructose corn syrup is killing people. Cha-ching cha-ching! $$$$ Lets sell more corn syrup!!!
