    It's great to see that there's growing evidence suggesting omega-3s might benefit some individuals dealing with anxiety. Given the prevalence of anxiety disorders, finding safe and cost-effective ways to manage anxiety is definitely important.

      Yes! I guess omega-3 oil supplements might reduce symptoms of anxiety for some people.

        Omega-3 actually does help, even if the effect is kinda mild. I say that ‘cause I tried it myself for anxiety. Gave me a small boost, but those anxious spikes were still hitting, so I was like, “Alright, what else can I try?”

        That’s when I gave cannabis a shot, yeah, sounds a bit unconventional, I know. But I went for cannabis at a UK clinic called Releaf, and it was surprisingly solid. Really helped dial down the stress.
        You can check their page on cannabis for anxiety. Honestly, medical cannabis is worth considering as an option if anxiety’s been hanging around too long.​
