I’ve tried going that hard before—strict diet, no cheats, hitting steps daily, and it messed with my head after a while. Seeing someone keep that pace and still stay functional is kind of insane to me. I’d burn out fast. Makes me wonder how sustainable that level really is long-term.

Yeah you can definitely mix it up like that, cutting the primo and bringing in mast works fine, just don’t expect the same level of E2 control. Primo’s a bit stronger in that department for most. If you're prone to high E2 sides, might be smart to keep an AI handy just in case.

Omega-3 actually does help, even if the effect is kinda mild. I say that ‘cause I tried it myself for anxiety. Gave me a small boost, but those anxious spikes were still hitting, so I was like, “Alright, what else can I try?”
