all sugar is bad. i dont care what they say. driving your insulin levels up regardless of what is causing it is bad. the inflammation it produces is terrible. i love sugar and i dont discriminate on any kind as a side note.
Right on guns. Sugar is sugar. All of it has bad effects on your health and of course your insulin. Only simple sugars I get is the few that's in my protein powder and the whole milk I use with it after my workout
