    i just read an article about protein synthesis and some other protein in the diet related factors. it was very interesting how they pointed out that even though you only need about 20 or so grams of protein post workout to turn on the protein repairing mechanism, more than 20g is still beneficial and drives the recovery processes even further. cool that science and research are looking at how body builders and athletes are driving performance
