Eat EVERYTHING, but I say in smaller portions so you can fit more meals in throughout the day. When I see that I may have skipped a meal because I'm busy , I'll get in a BigMac meal , that's 1000 Cals easy . Sometimes I'll eat 2 Pasta meals in a day, that ups Cals and Carbs . My protein shakes always have Olive Oil and a Good Carb Powder added to them. Scrambled Egg sandwiches w/ turkey and Salami added to them. White Rice mix in 2 Fried eggs !!!
