    A new study concludes that getting extra sleep might help you lose weight. Could this be the easiest diet ever? We look at the research and pray it's true.

    yeah lack of sleep causes all sorts of epigenetic and hormone probs.

    get sleep, alleviate many of those probs the body is not in stress mode, less fat accumulation and easier to burn.

        I have to read this later sleep affects our leptin levels and that is a factor
