    Anyone have a sample regime for a 36 year old female 155lbs just looking for a guide somethig I can tweak as she goes? Thinking 2 times Ed with 1 hit and 1 steady state...

        I wouldn't think it any different for a woman or a man in good health. I think building to 1 HIIT of a minute on and a minute off or any variation there of is a good place to start. If fat loss is the main thing maybe fasting cardio 1st thing in the morning
