I know EXACTLY what you are saying. I am on an SSRI for now (my psychologist is one who believes such drugs must only be used temporarily as an aid to resolving issues). One of the side effects possible, which I have, is the lack of ability to actually orgasm. Oh, you get to the point where you KNOW you are going to...and then nothing. Talk about super frustrating. Why ANYONE would create an anti-depression drug that causes people to be unable to successfully complete a sexual encounter is beyond me...talk about feeding directly into depression!

Anyway, the IPT-141 actually allows me to overcome that problem...and increases libido. It starts to work in about 3 or 4 hours after the injection, but really shines the next two days...then starts to wane the third day after the injection. I really like the stuff.
