Your discussion has helped quite a bit. It's definately got me thinking. I'm going to do what I can with what I got. Over the past few weeks I've been attacking the diet and training. I am going to hit a P/L routine for 3 mo and see what I can do. Im not a guy of big stature and tend to break down alot...shoulder from heavy bench, thoracic from heavy squats, then I get weak due to pain/inhibition. Sucks ass, but Im willing to give it another shot and see what happens. I dont wanna do a cycle if it doesnt work. I want a jump start so I can start gainin'. It'll give me some time to think about it. I'm at point in my life where I got some goals that I havent achieved and it pisses me off that Im workin my body into the ground and get nothing from it, you know what I mean? Thanks guys.
