IS WORKING. YOU MAY NEED TO CHANGE UP YOUR ARM WORKOUT
TO SHOCK THAT MUSCLE GROUP.
WHAT SIZE ARE YOUR ARMS AND HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN TRAINING!
ALSO CABLE CURLS LOWER PULLY AND UPPER PULLY WILL HELP BUMP
UP THE BIS AND TRIS. ALOT OF PEOPLE THINK THAT CABLE WORK IS
JUST FOR CUTTING..AND I AM PROOF THAT IT CAN BE USED FOR
MASS AS WELL. I HAVE ADDED MORE SIZE AND DEFINITION SINCE
I STARTED USING THEM. THATS JUST MY 02.
PLEASE POST UP YOUR CURRENT ARM WORKOUT SO WE CAN SEE WHAT

FOR TRAINING IS..DONT GET DISCOURAGED . THERE IS ALWAYS A WAY
