Tweettry IGF
TweetMaybe this is the wrong forum, maybe not. But I am just finishing up my cycle and have seen great improvement on my chest shoulders and legs. But damn damn arms are still lagging behind. I have read several debates about spot injections but just wanted to see if maybe they have helped anyone improve arm size. Looking to try anything. Also if spot injections have worked for you what AAS have you used to get the best results. Thanks for any imput....
Its not the size of the dog in the fight, its the size of the fight in the dog...
Tweettry IGF
TweetWhat part of the arm... tris, bias, or forearm? Ive tried the spot inject on tris/bias, but it only seems to work while you are using the aas. After about a wk the swelling tends to go down , but i particularly like doing the upper and lower part of the bicep and tris. I like using cypionate, as it seems to blow them up. Ive used sustanon also and works well on them. Most of the gains will depend on you training them and time off.
TweetMy understanding is that Spot injections won't increase the size of the muscle aside from the temporary swelling associated with irritation and the amount of gear you are injecting unless you are running IGF or GH and even then it is debated weather the growth is more concentrated at the site of the injection.
There's always synthol if you like that look...
I run suicide drills over and over with the weight of the world on my shouders... I'm far from being god, but i work god damn hard.
Tweetspot injections DONT work for aas
TweetOh well i guess i will just need to be patient and hope they come along with proper training.... Thanks guys

TweetI've read everywhere, that mass exercises is what gets ur arms bigger IE squats, bench, military. Squats makes the entire body grow. Read that in many places.

Tweetand if your killing tris after you just did some heavy chest that might hinder too.
Tweetspot injections are not the answer....what kind of arm workout do you do? u mean the bis and tris or mainly the bis? concentration curls, hammer curls, preacher curls, reverse grip barbell curls, dips all with the heaviest weight you can do for 6-10 max may help you out if you arent doing them already.
TweetI AGREE WITH EQ
WHAT DOES YOUR CYCLE LOOK LIKE?
IF YOU ARE PUTTING ON SIZE IN OTHER AREAS THE GEAR
IS WORKING. YOU MAY NEED TO CHANGE UP YOUR ARM WORKOUT
TO SHOCK THAT MUSCLE GROUP.
WHAT SIZE ARE YOUR ARMS AND HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN TRAINING!
ALSO CABLE CURLS LOWER PULLY AND UPPER PULLY WILL HELP BUMP
UP THE BIS AND TRIS. ALOT OF PEOPLE THINK THAT CABLE WORK IS
JUST FOR CUTTING..AND I AM PROOF THAT IT CAN BE USED FOR
MASS AS WELL. I HAVE ADDED MORE SIZE AND DEFINITION SINCE
I STARTED USING THEM. THATS JUST MY 02.
PLEASE POST UP YOUR CURRENT ARM WORKOUT SO WE CAN SEE WHAT
IT LOOKS LIKE AND MAKE SOME ADJUSTMENTS. THE NUMBER ONE RULE
FOR TRAINING IS..DONT GET DISCOURAGED . THERE IS ALWAYS A WAY
TO OVERCOME OBSTICLES. THAT IN ITSELF KEEPS ME FOCUSED AND
MOTIVATED!
