TweetI'd got 30/50/20 protein/carbs/fat @ around 4000 calories. Is what I'm doing at 29 6'1 220 19%bf. I'm up 12 lbs from 208 at 19% bf from three months ago. I'm only running 250mg CYP a week. Test helps a lot but food is what it takes.

TweetThere's not, e4d is my routine, it keeps pin day on the same day. Sunday morning, Wednesday night. You will see results from 25mg a day. The sides will be smaller and for using both test and dbol it will make it that much easier to manage. There really no rules to this game. People are going to do what they want. If you heard flex wheelers first cycle was a gram of test and 80mg of dbol you may want to try it. Or if you ask people here they might tell you their first cycle was 500mg of test and they where a bloated mess. So they started again at a lower dose and worked up to 500 then threw in dbol next cycle.
You can go conservative on this one guy, you'll see results and be rarin for the next cycle.
From you other question I gained twenty lbs on my first test 500 cycle and kept 12 of them. I'm guessing water weight.

TweetI'm going to be straight up with you my friend. Wait on doing anything ( Steroids) until you are closer to 30 years old. 25 years old minimum. You are 22 now and should be able to make massive gains at that age with a Good Diet & Dedicated Training.
I realize that you want to get huge & be a big dog now. But once you start running Testosterone you suppress your own natural production of Testosterone. Right now at the age of 22 your Test levels should be Peaking nicely.
But, your a grown man now and you can make your own choices as to what you wanna do with your own body. I didn't start using gear until I was 28. By then I had 9 years of Bodybuilding under my belt.
That's my take on men your age using gear.

TweetHow long have you been training? And also it seems like from your other post you have some things to learn about diet. There are some good post here about 3000-4000 cal a day diets. Also what are your goals? Do you want to compete of just get big as ****? I would get labs pulled before you touch gear. It will tell where you are naturally and give you a baseline for recovery if you decide to cycle.

Tweeti agree with the others you might just wait a few years before you hit the sauce..the reason the guys are telling you to wait is bc if you do this now and over time you will have to do more and more to see any gains you start now what are you going to be doing in 10yrs?
but if you want to use what you have drop the dbol down to no more then 30mg ed. 60 is way to high for your first time.. you will get good gains from 30mg or under.. also on the test e if it was me I would just pin yourself with one shot a week noo need with test enth to pin your self e3d you wont see much difference doing it e3d or once a week.. if you do start now keep it simple...
TweetI can tell you. Everyone that has answerd you telling you to wait hss had ten plus years experience with AAS. I started around your age. There was nothing I wanted more then to be jacked and tan. I had no clue what I was doing. My diet and training were crap. And I still put on twenty pounds. Lost most of it. Kept it up for a long time couldn't figure out why I was losing gains. My diet sucked my workouts were mostly chest and arms shoulders. At your age you can literally eat eat eat and grow like hell. If I had it to do over I would have waited. The benefit of every fourth day is blood levels. You keep them more stable. There are only 7 days in a week so a wed Thursday routine ends up injecting 3rd day then fourth. I will be a moody pissed off man. You probably won't notice a difference at first just think its roid rage. That's bullshit. You inject by the half life of the ester attached to the parent hormone. The half life of test e is 15 days cyp is 14 prop is 3 which is why you inject prop ed or EOD. Your goal is to make as many gains as possible. You buy a gym membership you buy an extra tight shirt to show your guns at the gym. Now you buy some gear to get jacked and tan. Why spend all this money to not get the optimal results. Here is my advice. Find a diet you like with the macros that fit. Find a routine that works. Post both of these. Let the fellows critic it. In the meen time. Do some research read some stickies. No disrespect but you have a long way to go before you do a cycle that you will benefit from. I really urge you to wait. I will help you however I can. My diet is pretty decent. I have an an or two showing.
