Tweeti got this off another site and modified it a little bit to make it taste better,
-1/2c oats
-1 scoop of protein powder
-3 egg whites
-1/4c water
-3/4tsp. cinnamon
-3/4tsp. baking powder
-2 packs of sweet and low
-Mix it up in a food processor or blender so you have a smooth liquid instead of mixing it by hand and having chunks of oats in there, cook it like a normal pancake, it makes 1 big ass 10" pancake and actually tastes good
