Takes approximately 5mins to cook. Just place the grits in microwave for 1 minute and start scrambling your eggs. Once the grits are done sprinkle cheese in grits and then add eggs when ready. I normally drink 2 cups of milk with my meal for added protein but you could sub juice or whatever. Great tasting breakfast to pack on a ton of protein at once.
