- 1.5 lbs bone in organic chicken breasts
- organic carrots
- organic celery
- organic spinach
- salt and pepper
- 64oz low sodium organic chicken broth
- 2 Bay leaves
Chop up celery and carrots.
Throw all ingredients in crockpot
Cook on low for about 5 to 6 hours.
Take chicken breasts out and remove the skin and bones.
chop/ shred the meat, and put back in the soup
Serve it up! Tastes good if you add some Orzo noodles too
