TweetToday is my off day from the gym but not an off day for work. I will clean out a 40x42 garage and throw most of it away (large heavy items) haul it to dump. Bring the good stuff here including 3 roll away tool boxes full, along with asorted power tools.
In 105 degree temp, yes I will drink a lot of tea and water. Total bust but work out time not counting wind shield time will be about 4 hours. Work out enough for me

Db press 120x12 for 3 set
Bodyweight dips heavy front lean to fail for 4 sets
Monster set (x2)of light weight guillotine press, push ups and cable flies.
Cable crunches, wheel extensions, Turkish get ups.
Pretty good workout...having a hard time chocking down tilapia, rice and green beans. Too much coffee is killing my food intake. But I'm sure I could pound a wendys spicy chx sandwich.
