Tweetexcellent program for leaningout and stamina. If you have never done the program- its better to start w/p-90 then move to the "X"- its a tough workout my friend. I have the videos at the gym I run at the plant- seen quite a few peeps lean up nice

TweetI agree. I wish I would have researched it a bit more before I jumped right into the P90x. I can see where you would probably have better results starting with P90. With that being said, I love it and I get through the routines pretty well. My cardio is lacking right now and that is really the only problem I have. I am also not that flexible, so right now I am having trouble with those areas. The only ones I have had problems with is the yoga and the abs. Both mainly because of my flexibility and cardio. I love it so far though.

It's a total body and diet program,.an intense total body and diet program. designed to keep confusing the body progressively to avoid plateu's. (s.p.) with just a chining bar, and a pair of dumbells. kinda funny as I was kinda compareing it to a prisoners workout i.e. on most farms they did away with free weights for obvious reasons but, these guys still get swole and ripped ! plus prisoners eat really clean, meat and veggies grown right there on the farm. no they do not have a Taco Time Express or Mc Donalds. lmaobt !! they have a website if ya wanna check it out.

Have actually thought about giving it a try myself. I wonder how extra weight training could incorporate into it? But then again, it looks like it would wear your ass out. Might not have enough energy to even consider extra weight training...lol.
