TweetI used to weight 186p, of pure muscle, and cause of exams and work, I haven't worked out for 2 and half monthes and one meal a day. I weight now 158 p, and I look so embaressing when i take off my shirt, flaps and extra skin.
i don't know where to start, I feel so hopeless. the thing is I don't know if i should run to loose the skin or just eat crazy and workout heavy low reps.
I just want to have some effective workouts, honestly it's kind of depressing.

its amazing how FAST u can lose everything you worked so hard for, but at the same time, muscle memory is SWEEEEEET

i always tell myself its like a car! u have a BIG windsheild infront of you, and a little Mirror to look behind you.... why?? because whats in front is WAY more important then whats behind ya!!
