Tweetback in the gym in 2+ years. It's so nice to have all that room and all the equipment instead of being cooped up in that little room. I've always said you don't need all that stuff in the gym to get big, but it d@mn sure makes a huge difference to have plenty of quality equipment.
I still have to figure out how I'm gonna schedule it in on the few days that my wife works. I'll have to be a morning guy on those days. That sucks.

TweetI did mornings the first few months I started training almost 10 years ago, so I really don't have an opinion it's been so long and I was just getting my feet wet during that time. I know that early afternoon seems to be the best time of the day for me, but I can't swing that anymore. I wouldn't think that late evening would be that good of a time unless you got a good power nap sometime that afternoon.
Tweetyeah I used to do mornings and I miss them. It woke me up for the day and gave me energy for the rest of the day. Now my schedule only allows me to do evenings so if my day has been long and Im tired it shows in my workouts..I hope it works out for you horse!
TweetI was thinking about that; how good I should feel thru the day after a morning workout. It's really what I need, because since I've been stuck in an office all day, there are times throughout the day that I have to struggle to hold my eyes open. And I won't take energy pills or drinks or anything like that, so that'll be a nice boost.
TweetThe best thing about the mornings is that I have the whole gym to my-self basicly but when i work-out in the evenings I can take all the sh-t that pissed me off that day and all the calories I took in and bust out some intensity, but I like to do both.

Tweeti cant do mornings!! i need FOOD before i workout...2-3 meals atleast! i tried it, and it's def. not for me. thats why i like my home gym. 6-7-8pm...it's alllll mine!!!
