      What rep ranges do you guys generally train with? Do you alternate lower reps/higher intensity and higher reps/lower intensity during a given period or just do whatever you feel like that day?

      I always change up my rep ranges/workouts every little while. I generally like to stick in the 4-6 rep range and go heavy...
